These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all tours, experiences, services, activities, and related offerings (“Services”) provided by Osaka City Experience (“Company”). By booking or participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.Description of Services
・Tour Content: We offer a variety of tours in Osaka, including gourmet experiences, cultural activities, sightseeing, and more.
・Guided Tours: All tours are conducted by a guide.
・Languages: Tours are primarily conducted in English. Japanese and other languages may be available upon request.
・Duration: Tours typically range from 2 to 8 hours, depending on the selected plan.
・Group Size: Standard group tours accommodate 2 to 8 participants. Private tours are available upon request.
2.Booking Policy
Reservations must be made through our official website or designated booking platforms.
A reservation is confirmed once a confirmation email has been issued.
If confirmation is not received, the booking may not be valid.
3.Pricing & Payment
Tour Price: Tour fees include guide services and activities explicitly stated in the tour description. Entrance fees and personal expenses may not be included unless specified.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Currency: All payments are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
4.Cancellation Policy – Standard Group Tours
If a participant cancels after booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 72 hours or more before the tour start time: Full refund
• Between 24 and 72 hours before the tour start time: 50% refund
• Within 24 hours of the tour start time or no-show: No refund
• Cancellation due to severe weather: Full refund or rescheduling available
5.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
・Accidents, injuries, loss, or damages caused by third parties.
・Loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
・Delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
・Service interruptions due to restaurant, venue, or activity provider issues.
・Participants join tours at their own risk.
6.Changes or Cancellations by the Company
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational reasons, or insufficient participants. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
7.Participant Responsibilities
・Participants must follow the guide’s instructions to ensure safety.
・If a participant is late or leaves the tour early, refunds will not be provided.
・Participants must comply with local laws and venue rules during the tour.
8.Disclaimer
・The Company is not responsible for personal disputes between participants or between participants and third parties.
・Photos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless the participant requests otherwise.
・Tour itineraries may change depending on circumstances.
9.Personal Information
Personal information such as name, email address, passport details (if required), and other necessary data will be used solely for tour operation and customer support.
We do not share personal information with third parties except when required by law.
10.Copyright
All content related to Osaka City Experience, including tour materials and website content, is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
11.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.
